Our Pricelist

The prices are per apartment and day for two people, or for four people in the "Goldener Apfel" apartment, with a minimum stay of one week (otherwise, an additional €3.00 per person per day).

Included in the price are towels, bed linen, dishes, coffee machine, a parking space in garage, elevator access, and free Wi-Fi.

Kids to 3,9 years are free.

Kids to 4 bis 7,9 years € 8,00.

From 8 bis 13,9 years € 10,00 and up to 14 years and each extra adult is charged €16.00 per day.

We allow dogs! The price per dog is € 7,00 a day.

The apartments can be occupied on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM and check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

We kindly ask for your understanding that in the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked period for the apartment will be charged.

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.

For the final bill, we accept cash as well as credit cards. Upon booking, we request a deposit of €100.00 per apartment to be sent to our bank account.

Holder of the guest card enjoy free use of all public transport in South Tyrol (regional trains and buses). Additionally, they benefit from many complimentary advantages, such as rides on selected mountain railways and cable cars, free entry to over 80 museums in South Tyrol, and participation in the weekly program offered by the Natz-Schabs Tourist Association.
